Why we exist
The math was always the problem.
A restaurant running on 3–9% margins can't absorb a 20%+ commission on every order — that's not a pricing complaint, it's the entire business model working against the people making the food. So we replaced the commission with a flat rate and let the math work in the restaurant's favor for once.
Drivers deserved the same clarity. Every delivery on Zandoe shows the split before you accept it — 100% on independent restaurant orders, 90% on retail and QSR partners, 50% on grocery — because a driver planning a shift around real numbers works better than one guessing at an average.
And retailers didn't need another app to build a relationship with. They needed a network that was already there — so we built the driver pool once and let it carry food, grocery, prescription, and retail deliveries on the same routes.
